As a key member of our delivery station operations, you will be responsible for managing a team of +20 hourly employees, ensuring safety metrics, attrition, payroll, shifts, vacations, overtime, and AMZL OPS metrics are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a balanced work environment that promotes productivity and employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure team execution of business goals and objectives.
  • Support process improvement activities to eliminate inefficiencies and improve existing processes.
  • Develop and implement key business processes that support internal operations.
  • Monitor and analyze operational KPIs to drive business growth.
  • Actively promote organizational change and support quality initiatives.
  • Measure and improve driver performance, discipline, and customer experience.
  • Implement and develop delivery station workflows and metrics to improve service and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of management experience in a delivery, manufacturing, production, or distribution environment.
  • Management of a minimum of 20 employees, including payroll, performance management, and workflow assignment.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Interest in long-term career development in Logistics & Transportation.
  • Experience working and managing 3PL operations.
