Role Purpose

This position involves resolving issues of low to moderate complexity in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to exercise judgment and reasoning abilities, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing great customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve issues of low to moderate complexity through effective problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Escalate more complex issues to ensure timely resolution and minimize customer impact.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field; or 2 years of experience in background screening or a regulated industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including proper grammar.
  • Typing speed of 30 words per minute.
  • Listening skills and ability to adhere to strict confidentiality standards.
