Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Guadalajara office. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and growth

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position and be proficient in English. Bilingualism (English/Spanish) is required.
