We are currently seeking a Customer Service Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing timely resolutions to their issues.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Liaison will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of up to $19,000 per month based on experience
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including food vouchers, private medical insurance, life insurance, and a 30-day Christmas bonus in December

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position requiring flexibility to work weekends and rotating shifts
  • Location: Guadalajara, Mexico
