About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at Page Personnel. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our customer base in the medical manufacturing and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver new product development to address specific business needs.
  • Communicate product changes to customers, marketing, regulatory, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Materials Management, Production, Research & Development, Engineers, and Distributors.
  • Investigate and supply information on market share development, competitor activities, trends, and market developments.
  • Develop and deliver training and promotional presentations to promote the company and its product lines.
  • Forecast sales and operations data for sales forecasts.
  • Closely liaise with Customer Service and Logistics to ensure timely product supply to customers.
  • Be a primary resource for customer training on product use.

Sales Activities:

  • Plan and conduct meetings with existing customers to check requirements and satisfaction levels, business trends, and competitor activity.
  • Nurture current customer accounts through regular call patterns, product demonstrations, and product in-service.
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings, conferences, seminars, and workshops to promote products.
  • Monitor sales expectations and ensure customer relationship management system (CRM) is fully supported.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in medical manufacturing and/or industrial sectors.
  • Experience in cleanroom manufacturing environments is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in sciences or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Computer ability in M.S. Office, Smartsheets, Salesforce (CRM), and the internet.
  • Organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Strong industry, science, or engineering background is preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer locations and tradeshows as needed.
