RHI Magnesita is a leading global supplier of refractory products and solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Sales Representative to join our team.
Job Summary
The Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist sales teams with sales reporting and processing orders from customers
- Resolve customer complaints and provide product information
- Act as liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments
- Select, manage, and train on sales-related systems and databases
- Assist sales teams with individual account and sales territory planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2-4 years' experience in customer service
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required; French is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly, understand business systems, and adapt to urgent requirements
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically basic Excel skills
- Knowledge in SAP
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
