**Job Summary**

RHI Magnesita is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico.

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering support services to our sales force, including creation and confirmation of orders, direct customer contact, reconciliation of orders, warehouse review, and invoicing.

This is a full-time position that will report to the Head of Commercial Management NAM. The Sales Development Representative will travel domestically and internationally, with approximately 5% travel time.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Assist sales teams with sales reporting and processing orders from customers and resolving complaints

• Advise customers on product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, and other relevant information

• Act as liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments

• Select, manage, and train on sales-related systems and databases

• Assist sales teams with individual account and sales territory planning

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field

• 1-3 years' experience in customer service

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required; French is a plus

• Ability to learn quickly, understand business systems, and adapt to urgent requirements

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically basic Excel skills for data entry, reports, and creating basic spreadsheets

• Knowledge in SAP

• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision

• High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency

• Detail-oriented and highly organized
