Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Sales Representative to join our team at Mm Group. As a key member of our sales office in Mexico, you will play a crucial role in supporting our local Sales Team with administrative tasks, sales requests, and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Team with administrative tasks, including data analysis, expense report filing, and report preparation in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries, ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners, including the Overseas Sales Customer Service team and European production facilities.
Requirements:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or 2-3 years of professional experience in internal sales or customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (C-Level), with an additional foreign language an asset.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
