Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader Laboratory to join our Quality department in Queretaro. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and developing the material laboratory and technical cleanliness lab for our new plant. Your primary focus will be on analysis of material, oil, and residual dirt.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and Develop the Laboratory
- Design and implement a comprehensive laboratory setup for material analysis, oil analysis, and technical cleanliness.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Interface with Partner Areas
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Service teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide technical support and guidance to ensure quality matters are managed professionally.
- Drive Quality Initiatives
- Develop and implement quality strategies to drive continuous improvement and excellence.
- Monitor and report key quality indicators to ensure sustainable implementation and improvement.
- Build and Lead a Team
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of laboratory technicians and analysts.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the team meets quality and productivity targets.

- Several years of relevant professional experience in material lab or a related field.
- Prior leadership experience in project leading roles or team management.

- Completed degree in engineering or a related field.

- English skills, both written and spoken.
- Spanish language skills are an advantage.
