Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Didi Global. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and system requirements are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including ensuring all necessary documentation and system requirements are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate employee transfers between locations or entities, ensuring a seamless transition and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Continuously review and improve the life cycle events processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations throughout the onboarding, offboarding, and transfer processes.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HR systems and databases.
  • Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, and employee records.
  • Generate regular reports on life cycle events metrics, providing insights and recommendations to HR and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with HR business partners, recruiters, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and execution of HR processes.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years in HR experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing onboarding, offboarding, and transfer processes, preferably in a service center environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations related to HR processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate meaningful reports and insights.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
