The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Mexico. They will work closely with the Compensation and Benefits Managers to develop and implement effective compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
The Senior Compensation and Benefits Professional will be responsible for conducting new job analyses, maintaining job inventories, establishing and maintaining pay ranges, ensuring regulatory compliance, consulting with customers, producing and analyzing compensation and benefits reports, maintaining compensation and benefits data and systems, and managing compensation and benefits programs.
