Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Business Development Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving business growth and exceeding sales targets through strategic sales plans and building relationships with key retailers, distributors, and e-commerce partners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including retailers, distributors, and key accounts
- Provide excellent customer service and manage customer expectations
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities, market trends, and consumer preferences
- Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with customers
- Forecast sales volumes and adjust strategies accordingly
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods industry
- Experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- In-depth knowledge of L'Oreal products and their features, benefits, and competitive advantages
- Ability to effectively communicate product information and educate customers on the value proposition
- Proficiency in conducting market research and analysis
- Strong negotiation skills
