Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helpdesk Senior Associate to join our team at NTT DATA, Inc. as a Clinical Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our healthcare customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to incoming service desk calls from healthcare customers regarding clinical applications such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech. Resolve incidents related to workflow issues, application errors, user access, and functionality.
  • Incident Management: Track and document comments, close or escalate incident tickets, and related issues in a timely manner.
  • Resolution and Escalation: Drive resolution of incidents on a 24/7 desk, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, providing clear and concise information to customers and colleagues.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Remain adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work optimally in a dynamic setting.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of service desk/helpdesk experience or equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient typing and English language skills, with strong listening capabilities to fully understand customer needs and requests.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Call Center Experience: Experience in a call center environment, with a service philosophy in all interactions with clinicians and colleagues.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work optimally in a team environment.
