Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Associate to join our team at Hashmap. As a Helpdesk Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems to other support groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including Microsoft Office packages
  • Document troubleshooting steps and detailed descriptions of customer incidents and requests
  • Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to correct failures

Requirements:

  • Availability to work 22.5 hours per week
  • Interest in working on morning shifts
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in an IT environment
