**Job Summary**

Ntt Data Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helpdesk Associate to join our team. As a Helpdesk Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software

• Document and track customer incidents and requests

• Collaborate with other support teams to resolve complex technical issues

• Develop and maintain knowledge of technical products and services

• Provide excellent customer service and support

**Requirements**

• 6 months of experience in Customer Service and Tech Support

• Advanced English level

• Knowledge of basic troubleshooting process

• Ability to take a drug test (results must be 100% negative)

• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:00AM to 4:00PM

• Live in Guadalajara and be a Mexican citizen or have a work permit

• Official high school certificate of completion

• Proof of residency in Guadalajara

• Experience in tech support level 1 for Windows

• Advanced level of English
