About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Sales Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership and experience in managing high-performing teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and increase productivity across multiple product lines.
  • Mentor and coach senior managers and executives to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, developers, and third-party sales agents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and optimize results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
