Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Ar Consultoria Rh. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the supply chain industry.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, with a strong focus on customer service, business development, and relationship-building. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in regular business reviews and category line reviews to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance during annual business planning, ensuring accurate volume forecasting and effective project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
- Proactively communicate production schedule changes to clients, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions.
- Develop and implement solutions to address client needs, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed.
- Review and optimize account budgets and pricing to improve cost-effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of compliance, adhering to local and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) proficiency is essential for this role.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in the supply chain industry.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are mandatory.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $42,000 - $49,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including:

This is a full-time, permanent position with a fixed schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day. The workplace is an office setting, requiring regular attendance and interaction with colleagues and clients.
