Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the correct planning and execution of new product launches, including coordination with various departments such as Sales, Demand Planning, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Financial, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Supply Planning.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with teams to set and meet goals, ensuring synergy and collaboration.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Demand Planning, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Packaging Engineering, Purchase, Data Integrity, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Supply Planning to guarantee smooth project execution.
  • Identify and provide timely visibility of potential risks, communicate status and changes to stakeholders, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Optimize end-to-end processes to ensure timely new product availability and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related position, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to think strategically and lead projects.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills, with a medium level of knowledge in supply chain and finance.
  • Fluency in English.
