Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key player in delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide product information and resolve customer issues
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
  • 2+ years of customer service experience or equivalent
  • Solution-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work a 24/7 schedule, including weekends
