Novo Nordisk is a global healthcare company that aims to drive change in the treatment of serious chronic diseases. We are seeking a talented Global Pharmaceutical Business Development Professional to join our team.
About the JobThis full-time position will be part of our International Operations Business Graduate Programme, designed for students and recent graduates with an interest in international business. You will work with senior managers within our commercial & marketing functions and build an international network of world-class colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Work on three challenging rotations of eight-months duration, starting in your home country Mexico, followed by two further international rotations
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders and gain hands-on experience with business challenges and risks
- Learn how to impact the business with your acquired commercial understanding
- Mexican citizenship
- A recent master's (from 2024 or 2025) or a bachelor's degree (from 2023 or 2024) in a relevant field, such as business administration or international business
- If applying with a bachelor's degree, we expect you to have 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
- Above average academic achievements
- International experience, such as studying abroad or working/volunteering internationally
- Accelerated personal and professional development from day one
- International professional experience
- Vast exposure and networking possibilities
- An estimated annual salary of $70,000-$90,000 depending on qualifications and experience
