Global Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to join our Development Department in Saudi Arabia. This key role will direct activities related to sourcing, screening, analyzing, planning, and developing a business venture or portfolio of ventures.
The ideal candidate will provide high-level professional expertise in the development and management of new business ventures. They will handle proposals valued up to $500MM or larger, lead a team of 3 to 12 professionals, and work under self-direction to achieve pre-determined long-term objectives.
Key responsibilities include managing the business development process through deal closure, working with investors to establish strategic, financial, and operational goals, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure deal alignment.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent, with 12 years of experience in business development and a proven track record of success.
Industry expertise, knowledge of business transaction and venturing activities, and expertise in financial analysis of companies and transaction valuation are essential.
