Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to drive business development and strategic partnerships in LATAM.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and contribute to IE's mission of becoming a leading partner to top organizations in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy for LATAM, aligned with IE's institutional priorities.
  • Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders in the region, including corporate leaders and industry experts.
  • Design and implement effective sales funnels to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Native or bilingual English proficiency.
  • At least 7 years of professional sales experience, preferably in an international environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
