This role is responsible for:
- Designing compensation and benefits solutions for Mexico and Central America.
- Executing total rewards strategies.
- Benchmarking externally and designing a framework for internal rewards to maintain competitiveness in the market.
- Partnering with HR Business Partners to deliver rewards policies that address business needs.
- Effective communication.
- Vendor management.
- Collaborating with operations to ensure seamless execution of incentives, salary reviews, and share plans.
Key Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Remarkable communication skills.
- Previous experience in other HR areas is a plus.
This role is intended to be located in Mexico City, Monterrey, or Tijuana with a hybrid work arrangement.
Work Schedule: Full-time
