- Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Benefits Administration
- Manage the administration of employee benefits, including private pension plans, medical and dental care, meal vouchers, and transportation vouchers.
- HR Systems and Processes
- Implement and manage HR information systems and processes to support benefits administration and compensation management.
- Communication and Training
- Develop and deliver training programs to employees on benefits and compensation.
- Communicate effectively with employees and management on compensation and benefits-related issues.
Requirements
- Education
- Graduation in HR, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or Information Systems.
- Experience
- 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management and HR systems implementation.
- Skills
- Advanced English skills required.
- Knowledge of compensation electronic systems, project management, and logic of systems.
- Ability to work with advanced office pack, especially Excel and PPT.
