About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Analyst to join our team at Damco Spain SL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage and assignment of workflows to ensure seamless client onboarding and support
  • Booking services for special clients to ensure timely and efficient delivery
  • Onboarding and reporting clients with our company's tools to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENTS WITH DEMURRAGE CONTAINERS to prevent delays and ensure timely resolution
  • Contingency notifications to ensure timely communication and resolution
  • Agent view and release services to ensure efficient and effective support

Requirements:

  • Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field
  • Years of Experience: 1 year of experience in logistics
  • Software: Intermediate-level proficiency in ERP and Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
  • Technical Skills: Ability to handle high-intensity work environments and adapt to changing priorities
  • English Level: B1
