We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will manage the end-to-end shipment process for Essential Services customers, ensuring compliance with all company procedures.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Promptly addressing customer inquiries through various channels
- Resolving customer issues and complaints according to established procedures, seeking quick and satisfactory solutions
- Downloading and elaborating reports from our website
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in customer service or customer experience in the Logistics industry
- Advanced English language skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Strong customer orientation, effective communication, adaptability, proactivity, and attention to detail
In this role, you can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your location and experience. We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a chance to make a real impact in the logistics industry.
