Elt Sales Development Representative

Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inside sales for a variety of printed materials and digital products. This role involves executing strategic business plans to increase telephonic sales according to company growth expectations.
**Responsibilities:**
Create a pipeline of ELT opportunities within designated territories to achieve annual budget goals.
Maintain the monitoring and progress of opportunities in our CRM within the sales pipeline and ensure the integrity of information assigned to accounts, institutions, and customers.
Attain and surpass sales goals by developing and building customer relationships to maintain and expand market penetration in a long-distance role.
Generate in-site strategies to close important opportunities, which may involve traveling to visit customers on demand.
Carry out the administrative process to help inside and outside ELT sales with sales materials, comps, inventory, shipments, and formats.
**Requirements:**
Associate's Degree in Administration, English teaching, or International Sales.
Proven experience in sales, at least three years in telemarketing or inside sales, ideally one year in educational publishing or EdTech services.
Previous experience with budget assignment, pipeline management, and sales presentations.
English language proficiency and a deep understanding of technology in an educational instructional environment.
Microsoft software skills: Outlook and PowerPoint (basic), Word and Excel (intermediate).
Experience with CRM database and communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
