Sales Development Representative Team Lead

At Factorial HR, we're looking for a highly skilled Sales Development Representative Team Lead to help us drive growth in the Italian market. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and helping us achieve our sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, train, and manage a team of SDRs to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the Italian market
- Collaborate with sales managers, account executives, and marketing teams to align sales efforts
- Provide ongoing sales training and coaching to SDRs to improve their skills and performance
- Motivate and engage the sales team to drive productivity and results
- Proven experience as a sales manager or team lead in a B2B sales environment
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Proactive and motivated with a strong sales background
- Knowledge of the HR industry and sales enablement tools is a plus
- Uncapped commissions and earnings
