Sales Implementation Manager

As a Sales Implementation Manager at Epicor, you will play a crucial role in designing and managing implementation solutions that align with consulting engagements and sales opportunities.
This position requires a blend of technical expertise and soft skills to support clients effectively, ensuring successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop structures for consulting engagements, including crafting proposals and statements of work.
- Prepare detailed requirements and provide accurate estimates to support quoting for implementation.
- Ensure a seamless handoff of contracts from the sales process to implementation, maintaining project continuity.
- Collaborate with Sales, Consulting, Operations, and Billing to provide unified support and achieve organizational alignment.
- Maintain KPI compliance, accurately forecast in the CRM, and effectively manage pipeline activities.
About the Role:
- Relevant background in Finance, Consulting, and/or Operations.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to drive revenue.
- Excellent English communication skills for engaging with internal/external clients and executive staff.
- Effective time management and prioritization of competing requests.
- 3+ years in Consulting, Finance, or Operations with demonstrated success.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience in Consulting, Finance, or Management).
- 2+ years of ERP or CRM experience (Salesforce Strongly preferred).
- 2+ years' experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI are a plus.
