Product Sales Manager

The Consumer Product Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the portfolio and establish strong relationships with customers and branch/hub teams.
- Deliver annual sales plans for products through the branch banking sales community.
- Support the sales team in selling products to existing customers through portfolio analysis, needs analysis, and customer risk profiling.
- Provide market and product information to the sales team to facilitate meaningful sales engagements.
- Develop training roadmaps for individual relationship managers and ensure successful completion of training certification.
- Organize customer meets and provide information on insurance offerings to build awareness.
- Jointly conduct sales drills with relationship managers to facilitate customer purchases.
- Build knowledge levels of Branch Managers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and identify potential sales complaints.
- Highlight potential financial, regulatory, and credit risks to the franchise.
- 5-8 years of previous financial sales experience required.
- Able to work in a team and maintain good relationships with customers and branch/hub teams.
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
