We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Facilities and Maintenance Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the maintenance program for our facilities, including scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance services.
- Assist with budgeting and financial management, including creating purchase orders and tracking expenses.
- Provide administrative support for projects and initiatives, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or have completed a degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or architecture.
- Intermediate level of conversational English.
- Valid health insurance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
