Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

AIG is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive superior support when traveling abroad.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
