Key Responsibilities:- Execute account strategy and management to improve quality of relationships, product penetration, revenue share, supplier status, and ranking.
- Serve as a customer advocate, accountable for escalation and proper customer positioning on all issues pertaining to customer satisfaction.
- Provide overall management of new, existing portfolio, and information relative to the customers, including implementation of new procedures, quotes, contract agreements, routing, ad-hoc bids, and special projects.
- Report to management and clients on KPIs to track client activity.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Operations Management, or an equivalent combination of logistics, air freight, or supply chain experience.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to grasp extensive knowledge while dealing with a variety of people and personalities.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the desire to acquire additional responsibilities.
- English speaking ability at Advanced level.
- Experience on Automotive accounts such as Tier 1 and OEM.
- Salary: Starting with $35,000 MXN per month - before taxes.
- Benefits based on Mexican Law.
- Insurance of Major Medical Expenses.
**Type of position:** Full-time

**Schedule:** Night shift - 8 hours
