Customer Experience Representative

The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to customers onboarded in the Maersk environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer email issues via Case Management.
  • Provide onboarding support, explaining website usage and local information to avoid operational delays.
  • Manage contracts and disputes, supporting internal teams with information research.
  • Support customers via phone calls.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in International Affairs, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Previous customer experience is a plus.
