Job Summary
This position is part of the Customer Operations group dedicated to supporting Indigo Supplies business. The successful candidate will apply subject matter knowledge to document processes, deliver training for other employees, and ensure there is clear alignment with our internal team processes that drive business revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage iPSP requirements, inventory, pricing, approvals, connectivity, and initialization issues, CPP calculations, and reports.
- Manage Clicks volumes reconciliation for channel partners & inquiries from the iPSP system.
- Track & monitor customer counter collection E2E process.
- Generate analysis for counters data files to complete invoicing process.
- Track click contracts, pricing, and counter collection processes gaps.
- Assist other areas such as billing related to Hardware, Services, and Supplies.
- Work closely with Finance, Sales, Service, Supplies, and other key stakeholders to determine strategy, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to support management of scope and expectations.
- Operate as a team member and advise on methods to improve business processes and efficiencies.
- Identify procedural changes within the Sales Operations team to achieve the highest level of operational excellence for the business.
- Comply with procedural/audit/records retention policies.
- Provide analytical reports and present results periodically to business stakeholders.
Requirements
- First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree is a plus.
- Typically, 4-6 years of experience in a business-related function, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation.
- Demonstrated experience in self-directed roles with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills
- Fluent in English (written & oral).
- QAD experience and proficient knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint & other MS Office applications.
- Process Management & Transformation: Identify process shortcomings and work with others to improve or transform processes.
- Problem Solving: Approach problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution.
- Change Management: Develop methods for supporting innovation/change across the organization.
- Demonstrates analytical skills and strong process orientation with critical attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong internal/external relationships and teamwork.
- Skills also include leadership, ability to work autonomously, tolerance of ambiguity, critical thinking, ability to influence and persuade, decision-making, flexibility, creativity, initiative, and presentation skills.
- High level competence in completing priorities and managing multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency with the ability to stay focused on goals and objectives.
