Job Summary

The Field Sales Team Lead is a key role responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of employees in delivering sales support activities in coordination with the Consumer Sales team. The primary objective of this position is to ensure seamless delivery of support services to Citi clients and assist the team in meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct performance evaluations, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination of team members
  • Service existing accounts and establish new accounts at designated locations or assigned geographical coverage areas to increase revenue for the bank
  • Proactively approach Citi clients to establish real needs, understand client requirements, and interest them in Citi's products
  • Provide advice and product information to Citi clients as appropriate, outlining features and benefits
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities to sell other products
  • Achieve or exceed decided sales targets
Requirements
  • Previous relevant experience preferred
  • Experience in financial sales, customer service, and management required
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Proactive leadership and motivational skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills
Education

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
