About the Role

The position of Account Executive supports the achievement of business objectives within the Endoscopy products division in the Northwest Region of Mexico. The role is responsible for engaging and promoting sales of products and services offered by Boston Scientific, focusing on channel partners or direct accounts, and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans for each customer, ensuring the needs and priorities of main customers are met.
  • Pursue leads and provide tools to maximize the benefits of services offered.
  • Coordinate with the back-office team to resolve customer requests.
  • Negotiate and process customer orders to achieve quota.
  • Monitor inventory levels, initiate logistics, and track shipments and movement of investigational products according to regulatory and company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Territory Manager on business strategy and tactics at the physician level.
  • Demonstrate mastery of all sales tools and programs available.
  • Execute key account plans to develop different therapies in collaboration with the Field Clinical Specialist of the territory.
Requirements
  • Position based in Northwest Mexico (preferably Tijuana/Hermosillo/Chihuahua), responsible for the territory in Baja California, Baja California Sur, Sonora, Sinaloa, and Chihuahua.
  • Job experience of at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Sales and/or Healthcare.
  • English (advanced level/B2) spoken and written.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability to travel (more than 70% travel required).
  • Self-driven, customer-focused, good presentation skills, and ease of speech.
  • Team player, goal-oriented, and determined.
  • On-call duties may be required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferred degree in biomedicine or biomedical engineering, chemistry, or related college degree.
  • Operating/hemodynamic room to support Endoscopy, Pulmonary, surgery services.
  • Experience in patient, physician, nurses, and medical administrators follow-up.
  • Interest in market analysis, sales, marketing.
  • Ability to relocate.
