Hospitality Onboarding Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Onboarding Coordinator to join our team at OpenTable. This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in the hospitality industry and contribute to the success of our restaurant partners.

This is a remote office-based role located in Mexico City, requiring excellent English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
The JobAs a Hospitality Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful onboarding of our restaurant partners. Using a consultative approach, you will configure, coordinate, and deliver training to key staff on our Core, Pro, Basic, and additional products.
You will work closely with our restaurant partners to set them up for success with OpenTable. Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting restaurants and guiding them through the onboarding process
- Configuring the OpenTable system to meet their needs
- Training key restaurant staff on the use of OpenTable to optimize their operations
- Providing administrative and coordinator functions related to Global Onboarding program
- Deploying the OpenTable RestRef widget with restaurant staff and potential 3rd parties
- Collaborating with internal partners to develop and refine the Onboarding program
- Effectively handling a queue of restaurants to reduce time-to-onboarding
- Communicating status of tasks and the backlog to peers and a broader community
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years experience in a support, implementation, or hospitality role
- Experience training non-technical customers on software usage
- Understanding of restaurant operations and direct restaurant experience is beneficial
- Ability to make ethical decisions based on key facts in potentially ambiguous situations
- Proven track record of driving projects to completion
- Ambition to get things done with minimal supervision
- Excellent phone and tele-presence skills for effective training and implementation
- College degree preferred
- Excellent organization, documentation, and time management skills
We offer a competitive salary of $42,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include:
