Key Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for building lasting relationships with small business owners through inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, text, and emails. With a focus on client relationship management and inside sales, you'll identify business prospects and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Call center experience
  • Team management and coaching experience
  • Client relationship management and inside sales experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and confidential information
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • On-site and full-time availability
