Key Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for building lasting relationships with small business owners through inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, text, and emails. With a focus on client relationship management and inside sales, you'll identify business prospects and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience
- Advanced English language skills
- Call center experience
- Team management and coaching experience
- Client relationship management and inside sales experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and confidential information
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- On-site and full-time availability
