About the Role

The Sales Development Representative Team Lead will be responsible for helping in the recruitment and training process of new SDRs, managing the team of SDRs of the Italian market, and making decisions based on the most important KPIs to boost team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and train new SDRs
  • Manage the team of SDRs of the Italian market
  • Make decisions based on KPIs to boost team productivity
  • Support team members in reaching their goals through ongoing sales trainings and skill development
  • Motivate team members and provide constant feedback
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers, AEs, Marketing & Partner Managers on unified Account Prospecting Strategy
  • Create a fun, high-energy environment where team members love coming to work
  • Maintain consistency in hitting individual and team MRR and Demo targets
  • Work with Sale Ops and Sales Enablement teams to implement proper techniques & tools training
  • Provide feedback to AEs Team leaders and the Sales director on team performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a B2B sales manager
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Data-oriented: able to make rational decisions with data
  • Proactive and motivated
  • Lead by example: strong sales capabilities, leading by example, goal achiever
  • Passionate about technology and sales
  • Knowledge of the HR industry is valuable
  • Knowledge of Hubspot is a strong plus
