About the Role- Lead the establishment and management of a new Data Operations team in Mexico, ensuring alignment with our global strategy and existing centers.
- Work collaboratively with leads in other locations to form a cohesive and efficient global team, managing and evolving all operational aspects.
- Transform our data operations processes through the implementation of high levels of automation and engineering, driving towards an AI-driven Operations model.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop and implement standardized onboarding processes for new data sets, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to existing operations.
- Act as the gatekeeper for production deployments, ensuring that all onboarding and testing practices are followed and that releases meet the required quality standards before being deployed.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
