Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at JW Marriott Hotel Mexico City Polanco. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver a world-class experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide assistance as needed.
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies.
  • Enter guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all areas are clean and tidy.
  • Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, polishing, and vacuuming.
  • Assist with laundry and linen duties.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to push and pull housekeeping carts and equipment.
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
