Housekeeping Associate

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Mexico City. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Responsibilities- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional service.
- Restock and maintain housekeeping carts with supplies and linens.
- Enter guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all areas are clean and tidy.
- Replace guest amenities and supplies, including linens and towels.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, polishing, and vacuuming.
- Remove trash and recyclables from guest rooms and common areas.
- Assist with laundry and linen duties, including sorting, washing, and folding.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy objects (up to 25 pounds) without assistance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
