Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at the JW Marriott Hotel Mexico City. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional service
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including guest rooms and public areas
• Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms
• Clean and maintain bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs
• Remove trash and recyclables from guest rooms and public areas
• Vacuum and clean floors, including carpets, hardwood, and tile
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
• Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
