Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Restock guest rooms with amenities and supplies.
  • Replace dirty linens and towels with clean ones.
  • Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
  • Remove trash and recyclables from guest rooms and public areas.
  • Check that all appliances and furniture are in good working order.
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
  • Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures.
  • Report any maintenance problems or safety hazards.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart.
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight.
