Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team as a Global Recruiter. This role will be based at our Mexico City office and will be responsible for executing recruiting strategies for various business units within the Royal Caribbean Group.
About the Role:
As a Global Recruiter, you will work closely with leaders and HR Business Partners to develop and execute sourcing plans and strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and hire top talent for our business units, focusing on positions up to and including Manager level roles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sourcing strategies and methods to proactively develop talent pools that align with the short and long-term needs of the business.
2. Actively source passive candidates using a range of techniques, including sourcing tools, Boolean searches, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
3. Manage the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to review and understand forecasted talent acquisition needs and respond to just-in-time requests.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards, to ensure access to a diverse pool of candidates.
6. Provide consultation to leadership on the talent market and offer insights to inform business decisions.
7. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting strategies to enhance the recruitment process.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruiting within a large and complex organization.
3. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and leaders across different levels.
5. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work activities and execute multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
Salary:
$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Work Environment:
The successful candidate will be based at our Mexico City office and will be required to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The role may involve occasional travel to other office locations.
