Grundfos está buscando a un representante de línea de frente CSSC experimentado para unirse a su equipo de LATAM de CSSC Industry. El representante de línea de frente CSSC contribuirá a un equipo de ventas próspero al proporcionar servicios al cliente de clase mundial a través de varios canales de cliente, incluyendo teléfono, correo electrónico, chat en vivo, mensajería instantánea, etc.

¿Qué es el trabajo sobre?

Las principales responsabilidades:

Crear y supervisar tickets como RFI, RFQ y OEW para su procesamiento y remisión al backoffice.
- Generar ofertas procesadas basadas en los requisitos del cliente y rastrearlas según las directrices de ventas.
- Asegurarse de que las interacciones con los clientes estén en conformidad con los SLAs establecidos.
- Mantener los datos de contacto de los clientes en el sistema SAP CRM y identificar oportunidades de negocio para las ventas externas.
- Ingresar y mantener órdenes manuales y electrónicas con precisión y eficiencia.
- Resolver información falta para las órdenes al tiempo de registro, o facilitar con los partes interesados para hacerlo.
- Manejar cambios en las órdenes de los clientes y asistir con problemas de cadena de suministro al proporcionar estados de orden y entrega actualizados.
- Tratar quejas de los clientes y solicitudes de devolución de productos al promover herramientas digitales.

Tu experiencia

Imaginamos que tienes:

Título de técnico, título de asociado o título de licenciado o experiencia laboral equivalente. Además, ten al menos 1 año de experiencia anterior en Servicios al cliente.
- Experiencia administrativa relevante, habilidades organizativas y responsabilidad con el cliente.
- Conocimientos de SAP (CRM/SD) en funcionamiento.
- Conocimiento básico del producto y la aplicación - Interpretación de claves de tipo, identificación de bombas versus piezas de recambio, kits versus motores, identificación de dónde se produce el producto (no es esencial).
- Habilidades de comunicación y red excelentes, además de la capacidad de construir relaciones positivas y de confianza con los partes interesados internos y externos.
- Excelente inglés, escrito y hablado.
