- Validate client data and documentation in relevant systems.
- Take the lead to coordinate and follow-up across internal departments to solve client needs.
- Provide feedback to clients related to emerging product needs, competitive practices, and ideas on process/product improvement.
- Analyze client data and provide reporting as needed.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced Excel skills (macros, data cross-referencing, report creation, structured graphics, dashboard development).
- English language proficiency.
- Knowledge of small business products.
