Latam Transformation Manager: Delivering Business Growth

Your Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced CAPital EXpenditure (CAPEX) & Transformation Manager Latam to join our team.
This role will play a critical part in driving business growth, delivering cash flow benefits, and ensuring alignment with our global teams.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Sustainability & CAPEX Projects: Manage scope delivery, security, status, next steps, and escalation points.
- CAPital Productivity Management: Monitor status, next steps, and escalation points, as well as consolidate and create LATAM views for prioritization.
- LATAM Sourcing Strategy: Define and implement sourcing strategies, followed by regular touchpoints with key stakeholders.
Your Impact:
You will have a direct impact on PepsiCo's success by:
- Creating, evaluating, and developing new General Purpose (GP) productivity projects.
- Fostering relationships between key stakeholders and point persons to develop internal strategies.
- Managing the team to ensure the delivery of cash flow benefits.
- Identifying and implementing new suppliers and technology.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Experience: 8-10 years in general business, with 6-8 years in procurement-related functions.
- Skills: Analytical skills, negotiation, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and experience with SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft tools.
