Siteminder is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in Latin America. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in Latin America.
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients and identify new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hoteliers, industry partners, and travel associations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver targeted marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
- Strong knowledge of the hotel technology industry and a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by hoteliers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in both languages.
